Steve Martinez did an amazing job on our inspection. He went above and beyond to make sure to check everything we could ask and more. He was knowledgeable and professional. He didn't miss even the smallest details and called out why and how some things were the way they were. Hopefully I wont need to use them again for a few years, but when I do need them again, I know who I am going to call.

My inspector was Steve and he was phenomenal. He was extremely thorough and he very kindly let me tag along throughout the inspection. He answered all my questions and gave me maintenance tips for the future. I would definitely recommend and will contact the McClish Team again and ask for Steve if I ever need another inspection.

I was able to walk around with Jared while he did the inspection and he was super helpful and incredibly thorough. I got a great idea of the issues with the home and gained confidence in all of the fixes needed. The home I'm buying needs a lot of love, and I felt Jared did a wonderful job of laying out all of that major and minor issues. The sewer inspection video by Matt was also super helpful and his advice on finding cleaners will be very useful since it doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years.

Jesse inspected the home we are under contract to buy. He was unbelievably thorough and it was obvious how knowledgeable he is. We are moving from New Hampshire so Colorado has a completely different set of things to look at when purchasing a house. Was very impressed with the two individuals that came to inspect the house and sewer line. Although I would expect competence from anyone providing this service, this group exceeded expectations. Explained everything that was going to be done, allowed us to follow everywhere and ask questions at any point and explained findings in great detail, to include what we might consider doing to mitigate any issue. Very personable and easy to talk with - never showing impatience with us - always making sure we understood what was going on. Would recommend this group to any and all those buying a house.

We recently hired the McClish team for the third time to inspect a property we were interested in purchasing. There is definitely a reason for continuing to hire this group. Every inspector we've had has been extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. They always take the time to talk through every aspect of the inspection after it has been completed, and encourage us to ask questions throughout. At the end of the entire process, we were promptly delivered an extensive report complete with pictures of everything. In addition, we hired this group to complete a sewer scope, and received a narrated video of the inspection within hours of it being completed. We can't recommend the McClish team highly enough to do them justice, but we will continue to recommend them to absolutely anyone who needs a home inspection!
